We walk the rooms with you, read the light and talk color, scope and timing. Booked online in two minutes.

A line-by-line estimate — surfaces, prep level, coatings, materials, tax and deposit. Nothing verbal.

Preparation
Floors protected, cracks filled, trim sanded, everything masked, caulked and wiped down.

Finish & handover
Two or three coats depending on the color shift, cut in by hand, then cleaned, reset and documented.
